Fitness

     I would like for you to use your imagination. Image that it is 4:59am and you just woke up from what you call a GREAT night sleep. It is one minute before your alarm goes off. You are rested and ready. As you are awake and getting dress for your morning workout you notice the motivation shooting thou your body craving a great workout. Every breath you take you feel your-self getting fired up! Your mind is focus on the 90-day challenge. The clear picture is in your mind. The beach body that includes your abs, tone arms, legs, back and chest muscles. Image you walking out the door and taking the 1st few steps to what will turn into a 5 mile run. Your cardiovascular system eagerly begins to operate perfectly. Allowing your heart to pump as much oxygen needed for your muscles to perform. Image that you are now at your comfort speed. Your heart is working and pumping without you feeling overworked.

     As you run you notice the smell of the trees, grass and mist in the air, and cant help but to also notice the love you have for life. You feel the bond and love for fitness. This is who you are and you know this deep in your heart because this moment belongs to you. This is your standard and what you believe in. You are meant to be in shape and in control of your body. Image yourself plowing forward- 4 MILES DONE. Your body is tired and about done for the day. You have 1 mile to go. Your body is close to fatigue point. The sweat is pouring down your face, arms and legs. You can taste the salt in the sweat. You can see the finish line, and as tired as you are your mind is still fired up! Your mind refuses to let you down because you have programmed it to win. You know this and understand it because you know you are a winner. YOU HAVE 400ft YOU HAVE 300ft YOU HAVE 50ft See yourself pass the finish line. You are slowly bringing yourself to a steadied walk.

     Now as you come to a stop notice that you feel all the muscles in your body. You feel your calf’s, your legs, stomach muscles, chest, arms and back. Your whole body feels great! Your mind, body and soul feel highlighted and ready for a successful day. You are in control of your fitness program. In just a minute I’m going to count to 5 and when I do you are going to continue to feel the motivation for fitness and the understanding that you are in control of your fitness program. 1- You are coming out of hypnosis 2- Feeling great and motivated 3- You are alert and in control 4- Eyes are opening 5! Fully awake and fired up!
