     Today we begin a positive approach to achieving the goals that you desire to achieve in your life. You desire to make certain changes in your life and we are going to help you succeed in making those changes through the use of hypnosis. That is the reason that you have come and made this commitment to improving the quality of your life and putting in place a plan to be able to set and accomplish any goal that you set your mind to from this point on. During the session I will give you some suggestions that will make goal setting easy. But, first you need to understand a few facts about yourself.

     You from this point on will be able to pick and choose the goals that you truly desire to accomplish. You are a self confident individual who is able to clearly define the goals that you desire. You can then set a path out to achieve your goals. A distinct plan with carefully planned steps each step of the way from goal inception to successful completion.

     You will be able to accomplish any goal that you set before yourself. There are no obstacles between you and the goals that you have set for yourself, there are only opportunities to use different strategies or a different plan to complete your mission. You will pursue your goals with laser guided focus, you will always keep your eye on the prize if you will, and will not ever settle for anything less than what you ultimately desire. Know that you can accomplish anything, nothing is impossible for you, and the only limitations that you experience are those limitations that you had previously placed on yourself.

     Changing your mind now and adopting a new attitude about goal setting is critical to your success, and it is my desire to help you to do that through hypnosis. Let your mind go free now and think about a goal that you desire to accomplish. You are a winner, and worthy of everything that the world has to offer you . Always remember, if you fail to plan then you plan to fail Start today, starting right now you will look at any objective as no longer impossible, but truly achievable, and within your reach.

     You no longer go through life just accepting what others have planned for you, but now you are completely in charge of your own destiny. You clearly understand what it is that you desire from your life, and you are the only person who can make that all come to fruition. You have the self discipline to set, and stick to your goals until you have accomplished them. From now on you will allow only positive and winning thoughts to pass through your mind. You are optimistic and enthusiastic and able to complete any task that you desire, you are goal oriented and have a plan. You are a winner.

     No goal is unachievable when you set your mind to it, you accomplish all your goals. You have intense drive and focus when it comes to achieving your goals. You desire to accomplish and to win. Your life is full of success after success, and will be that way from this time on. Success is yours, and the world is your oyster, enjoy your new fulfilled life.
