Past Life Regression III

Kimberly Rossignol, CHP

     I want you to begin by closing your eyes and taking 3 slow and steady breaths, in and out, just concentrating on your breath. On the second breath I want you to breathe a little deeper, allowing life giving oxygen to fill your whole body. On the third breath, breathe in as deeply as you can, holding the breath for about 3 seconds, then slowly releasing it and with it, all the tension begins to drain from your body. Now continue to concentrate on your breathing, in and out….in and out as you feel your body begin to relax. Now we are going to begin to concentrate on your body and relaxing each part beginning with your head and moving all the way to your toes. As you continue breathing slow and steadily, I want you to focus on your head, feeling the tension release from your scalp as you begin to relax into the chair you are sitting in. Now your eyes, feel the muscles around your eyes release tension as all muscles of your face begin to relax and untighten….your jaw relaxes, making sure your teeth are not clinched together. The rest of the muscles in your face loosen into a relaxed state, ever so gently letting go of all tightness. Now please bring your awareness to your neck…if you like you can imagine the tension washing away as if a gentle waterfall is draining away all tension in your body. Continue moving down your body….the front of your neck, into your shoulders as it all just falls away gently. Every muscle breathes in and releases as you breathe. Your shoulders and your arms no longer feel tight, all the way down to your fingers, you feel any tension leave you, and your hands are comfortably relaxed. Now your chest, feel the rise and fall as you let everything but relaxation get carried away on your breath….your back relaxes deeper into the chair, down to your stomach…so relaxed, no more tension anywhere. I want you to bring your attention to your legs, as the tension slowly moves lower and down through your feet. Relax now feeling how safe you are and how good it feels to not carry any tightness in your body. Adjust yourself if you need to in order to allow a deeper feeling of contentedness….it feels so good…so relaxing. Bring your attention to your feet, feeling the last of the tension slide past your ankles and out your toes, leaving you wonderfully relaxed and content.

     Now I want you to imagine a beautiful white shining stairway leading downward into an amazing garden in the sun. The stairway has a beautiful hand railing that feels warm to the touch as you slowly descend downward, running your hand along it. There are twenty steps leading downward, and as you go down each step you feel more relaxed and at peace as we count the steps backwards from 20 down to 1. 20….19……18…..17….downward….16……..15…….14………13……Ahead of you, as you walk you can see the garden. There are paths leading in different directions, all filled with beautiful flowers and trees. The scents fill your senses as you stroll downward toward a beautiful white landing…… 12…….11…….10……downward into the beautiful garden…..9……8…….7……6 almost to the bottom…..5…….4…….3…………almost there…….2……….1. .

     I want you to stop on the landing for a moment and just take notice of the garden. The scents fill you with comfort, the trees sway gently in the light breeze…….the sun warms you all over as you take it all in….the flowers are bright and lift their faces to the sun happily. Birds flit around happily singing their beautiful songs. Can you hear them? This place…this garden ….is your sacred place….where there is nothing uncomfortable…..nothing scary. Only beauty and love is felt here. Now as you look from the landing of the stairway, you notice that there are stepping stones leading from it….and from each side there are paths gently leading in different directions. In a moment I am going to ask you to step off the landing and begin exploring the garden paths…some lead to the left….some to the right and you feel that each path leads to a past life.

     GO ahead and begin walking, letting the wonder and beauty fill you as you begin to see the paths to your past before you. I want you to walk along, knowing that you are safe here. Notice if there is a path that draws your attention as you walk along. You notice that one has a warm light surrounding it, and it feels inviting and warm, full of love. You can begin to walk down that path, knowing it will be safe and bring you to a past life where you can learn anything you wish. I want you to imagine that when you get to the end of the path, you will see a very large white screen in front of you….like a movie screen…a drive in theatre screen that shines big and bright in front of you. There is an inviting comfortable seat in front of the screen, soft and comfortable for you to settle into as you watch what dances across the screen for your viewing. You will see your life as a movie, one in which you will not feel anything negative or uncomfortable. It will be like you are watching yourself in a movie, only what you will see is details of your past life and you are in control and comfortable.

     Relax and look at the screen from your comfortable chair that holds you gently enveloped in safety and peace. In a moment I will be asking you some questions about what you see on the screen. You are completely safe and protected here. I want you to notice whatever comes to mind, knowing nothing is ever silly or can wrong here. AS I ask you questions, you notice the first impression that comes to your mind, and know whatever you see is right. There is no worry if you cannot see it clearly, as at times it is a thought, or an impression that will come to you instead of a picture. Trust what comes to you. I want you to imagine the movie beginning. You can hear sounds and begin to make out pictures dancing across the screen. You now begin to notice things flashing across the screen, as you watch the pictures safely from your safe place at distance.  Now, let your open mind take notice of your surroundings...
