SELF SABOTAGE
Self-sabotage comes form both the conscious and
the sub-conscious mind. The conscious mind
is naturally geared negatively and is a creature
of habit, therefore against change and progress.
(The Angel / devil scenario) The
sub-conscious however is always anxious to help
you proceed and reacts immediately to
suggestions given it. If you have doubt or
feelings of failure hidden within you then the
subconscious will act upon those feelings
thinking that is what you want it to do.
With hypnosis you can eliminate those deep
hidden thoughts of failure and replace them with
success. However you see yourself,
your "self-image", is how you will become.
That is the key to changing your negative
behaviors.
