In fact, you are already perfect, amazing and wonderful, so you don’t need to change yourself. Instead, you can accept yourself exactly as you are, and allow yourself to grow and develop naturally.

You don’t have to make anything happen; just decide what you want and begin to feel how you’ll feel when you’ve got it.
