  If you score:

  Less than 10: Congratulations! You're doing wonderful.
        11 - 25: Pretty good. You should learn to relax a little more.
        26 - 35: Start thinking about making major changes in your life
        36 - 50: If you make a change  NOW, you can still turn it around.
        51 - 75: Very dangerous, consider major changes in your attitudes.
        75 plus  -  Critical.   You are heading to serious medical problems, burn-out, collapse, or worse.

       The results of your test may indicate the need to consult your physician for medical care. Likewise, you can also take an active part in your own wellness by learning to reduce the stress in your life through the use of our (self-help) stress reduction CD's.
