changed.
It is innocent and naive like a 4 year old child
and wants to help you.
It does exactly as it is told once it receives
proper instructions.
WHY DO WE YO-YO?
Are you tired of the Yo-Yo system of
losing weight and gaining it back again over and over?
It is
truly frustrating for millions of Americans
today. The reason for this as we mentioned
earlier is due to your self-image.
No matter how hard you try to rise above it, by
trying all the different fad diets, by counting
calories, eating low or no carbs, purchasing
special meals or programs, and even exercising
in a gym every day, you will still ultimately
snap right back to who perceive yourself to be,
and that is a person who overeats! It has
nothing to do with a lack of willpower or
dedication. It is simply your self-image.
How do you see yourself? How do you
describe yourself to others? Do you say
that you are healthy? Happy with your
appearance? Or do you say that you are
chubby, overweight, tired, hungry or worse?
What you're constantly saying is what it will
accept and make so. If you see yourself as
unhealthy, you will remain that way until you
change your feeling or image about yourself.
All the dieting and programs in the world will
not matter until you change your self image.
You may be able to exceed your self image for a
very short time but ultimately you will snap
back to you you really see that you are.

With this program you can do that in as little as 21 days.
During that process you will be raising your self-esteem and
creating daily imagined memories of yourself as being a healthy, fit
person. There are also many other issues that will be
addressed throughout the process such as forgiveness and guilt
release that will help you to move forward in a positive healthy
manner so that once you lose the weight your newly developed
self-esteem will keep you that way.
HOW
MUCH WILL I LOSE WITH HYPNOSIS?
Your weight loss will be a gradual, healthy
loss. A low safe average that most of our
clients experience is approximately 1% of their
body weight per week. So a person who
weighs 200 lbs. would lose a minimum of 2 pounds
a week. It is usually more if you decide
to do anything additionally such as exercise or
eat healthier.
Remember, hypnosis is not a diet plan or one of
those fad quick weight loss programs that make
you lose like crazy today and gain it all back
and then-some tomorrow. In fact we do not
endorse you doing any diets. Just hearing
the word "diet" makes most peoples'
sub-conscious mind rebel. That is what we
are trying to avoid.
HOW
MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I ATTEND?
If you want to lose 20 pounds or
more you should be able to lose it all in a 10
week program. Making a commitment to
attend the entire program is an integral part of
it's success. Your commitment level is
vital to attaining your goal. You will
still lose weight if you do not attend all 10
sessions but by having the reporting each week
and the continual giving of suggestions we have
found our clients to be so much more successful.
You should consciously make the decision to the entire
program length that you wish to attend to send
the message to the sub-conscious mind that this
time you mean business. A decision of
success!
You can discuss how much weight you wish to lose
with your therapists and they will inform you
the approximate sessions it will require.
You are not committed to attend all the session,
they are just a suggestion.
