     I’d like you to imagine that you are walking through a beautiful garden teeming with all kinds of wildflowers, hundreds of lilac bushes, and flowering trees. All are in full bloom. It is a warm, sunny day and a gentle breeze carries the sweet scent of the lilacs throughout the garden. As you walk along you are happy, carefree, and very relaxed. The sweet fragrance of the lilacs fills your senses. Walking along and taking in the colors and scents of the garden, you come upon three, small, one -room houses, all in a row. They all have signs in their front yards. The one on the left says “Movies of Your Past Lives”. The one in the middle says “Movie of Your Present Life” and the one on the right says “Movies of your Future Lives”.

     You choose to enter the one on the left. You reach for the door knob and enter. You close the door behind you and find yourself standing in a pure white room whose walls, ceiling and floor are totally covered with chrome shower heads, all pointing at towards the middle of the room. You know this is not an ordinary shower. You know it is a magical light shower. You feel safe and secure here. You know you can relax and enjoy the experience fully. You walk to the center of the room and say “ON”. You are immediately engulfed in a continuous stream of brilliant, bluish-white light particles coming from all directions. The light stream feels like water bouncing off your body but you don’t get wet. The light stream feels very soft, warm, and soothing as it bounces against your body. It feels so good and you feel so happy you want this to last forever. However, the light shower will turn off automatically in 20 seconds.

     When the shower stops you will be in a past life. Twenty…… nineteen….. eighteen….feeling so relaxed…… seventeen ... sixteen…… fifteen… going deeper and deeper…… fourteen….. relaxing more and more with each breath...... thirteen…….. twelve……. eleven ... feeling more and more relaxed with each number ten……. nine….. eight … listening only to my voice seven….. six….. five…… you are almost there ... four…. three…… two ... and……… one… You are now in a past life and are excited to experience what is ahead…. Take a few moments to experience the sensations ... the sounds ... the smells ... and the sights around you ... nod if you can hear me ...
