     You are calm, relaxed, and in control. The presentation you are about to give is well-put-together. You are very knowledgeable about the subject you are about to talk about. The people who are waiting came to see and hear YOU and your ideas because they have faith in your abilities. You are confident. You are intelligent. You will present this information in a sure manner. You will present the facts then answer any questions to the best of your ability. The note cards in your hands are light as a feather as you glance at them.

     Looking out into the audience, you see smiling faces and nodding heads. You will proudly acknowledge the people (co-workers) who helped get this information together. You will graciously accept any accolades directed toward you on their behalf as well. You will laugh off any glitches in the presentation with a joke and a smile.

     People will be drawn to your easy-going manner. If you can’t answer a question, simply assure the asker that you will research it and get an answer to them shortly. You will say this humbly yet assuredly so they don’t feel ignored. When all is finished, take a deep breath and congratulate yourself on a job well done!
