     Today and forever you are letting go of self criticism. During your life you have been overly critical of yourself and others. Everyone make mistakes. It is important that we learn from our mistakes and move on. From now on you will realize your mistakes, accept them, learn from them and move forward. You will accomplish much more when you don’t fret over the spilt milk. Go to the refrigerator and get yourself another cup and drink it. Time is money and the time you fret over your and other people’s mistakes could be spent more productively.

     Now close your eyes and think of a recent mistake you made, accept it, learn what you can from it and let it go. Abe Lincoln lost several local elections, Edison tried and failed thousands of times while making the light bulb, Trump went into bankruptcy, but they didn’t dwell on the mistakes they made, they accepted them, learned from them and moved forward.

     You now imagine your next productive project and see yourself accomplishing great things. Sure you made mistakes on this project but you can see your smile and hear your laugh as you continue through to a successful conclusion.

     Take 5 slow breaths as you look into a positive future unencumbered by self criticism and imagine a better home, a nice car, a more successful self and admiration from those you care about. You are glad you made these changes.
