WHO MAY APPLY?
This is for any individual, organization
or group in the hypnosis related field that has a hypnosis website
or blog. Your site will be reviewed by AIA Board
Members to ensure that it is truthful, reputable and not misleading.
Misconceptions abound in this unregulated field and there are many
sites on the web that stretch the truth, mislead and lie about the
field of hypnosis.
CRITERIA
Within the ranks of hypnotherapy the
only regulation presently is that of third party associations such
as the American International Association. It is their purpose
to make available and teach a certain standard for their members so
as to offer the public the highest possible quality of services.
That is why Association certificates are displayed on the walls of
practitioners. It sets the minds of the client at ease that
they are dealing with a credible practitioner.
This is the same purpose of having these
Web awards available. It is a third party endorsement of the
sites in question to help ease the mind of the visitors that are
searching for quality services. Although is it possible to
fool anyone especially on the internet, we will review the sites to
the best of our ability. It is of course still wise to do your
research before treatment in spite of our reviews.
GOLD WEB AWARD
The Gold Web Award is for anyone or organization
that has a quality hypnosis related website. Your site will be
reviewed by our board members so you can be awarder our banner to
display on your website if your site falls within our guidelines of
truthfulness, ethics and quality.
