any further, I’d like to speak about
lastweek’s assignment of
practicing “thought stopping”.
If you made a valiant effort to keep it going
all week I’m sure by now
you can see that it is indeed a job in
itself. It’s amazing as
a result of this exercise to see how
many times in the course of a
day we are affected by negative talk,
suggestion and even
self-talk.
We have over 64
thousand thoughts a day and according to
the latest psychology reports, more than 80%
of our thoughts are
negative in nature. No wonder
there is so much negativity and
sorrow in the world. Now however,
you are armed with a valuable
tool to keep yourself up and above it
all.
